• Create and secure your account, including email OTP-based authentication.
• Show relevant jobs, candidates, and match-related insights within the product.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Resume and application data may be retained according to employer settings and legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
